Paper Abstract

Q&A

What is the cost?

$400/closing*,  Unless otherwise arranged (some brokers will pay directly), we invoice through QuickBooks. We invoice on Tuesday for the previous week's closings and listing input. We will keep your payment method on file, and the charge will process on Wednesday (dates pushed back if there are bank holidays). *$200/vacant land

What areas do you serve?

We are currently set up to serve agents in the State of Missouri, with a specialty in the Greater St. Louis area.

What happens if a transaction does not close?

We help you wrap up the broker-required docs if needed, and there is no fee. This is a courtesy, so your assistance with facilitating this is appreciated.

Do you work weekends?

Yes! However, we appreciate communication about any anticipated needs, and do not guarantee last-minute unplanned availability.

Do you draft offers?

Yes! We offer this as part of our contract-to-close services. This service is contingent upon our availability, please communicate and coordinate anticipated needs.

Do you do MLS Listing Input?

Yes! We offer this as an add-on to our contract-to-close services. This service is available with a 24-business-hour minimum lead time, and is $75 due when listing becomes Active.

How do we get started working together?

Review and sign the Support Services Agreement, then send us a contract to process! We do use Dotloop, so if you use that, add us to the team. We will also need to know what your broker’s unique requirements are, what platforms you use, if you have a preferred title co/ lender, etc. Please email us when you need an action item done vs call/text. Please include the property address in the subject line. We have an online form to submit when you have a new contract so we get all the answers initially and don’t miss a thing!

Are you licensed?

Jamie is licensed in the state of Missouri as a broker-salesperson and an active member of SCCAR.

What can our clients expect to see from you?

To your clients, we will appear as a member of your team. We put your name and company in our email signature.

Do you negotiate inspections?

We do not. We are happy to help generate the inspection notice form and responses as needed, and yet we are respectful of the boundaries in representing your clients in an agent role.

What sets you apart from other transaction coordinators?

While Jamie does not actively prospect, she is a real estate agent, and helps family and friends buy & sell. This helps her relate to exactly what you are going through on a day-to-day basis. We care deeply about our clients and the buyers and sellers they serve. Real Estate is a big part of people's lives, whether they are an owner-occupant, or are buying real estate for any other reason.

Our Mission is to help our clients "Build Better Businesses, Build Better Lives."
Our Values are: Excellence, Authenticity, and Value
